Is it safe to order on line?  Our website provides a safe platform for you to order. However, if you are not comfortable ordering on line, please feel free to call us Monday – Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

How does a Signature Platter work?
Guests sign the platter at your event with a special pottery pen you purchase. Then 24 hours later you bake it in your home oven on 350 degrees for 35 minutes. This sets the name and makes them permanent.  

Are the signature platters or plates safe to use with food?
The pottery markers you purchase contain no toxic ingredients. Once baked, your piece can be used to serve food and beverages. However, since they are a keepsake item, we recommend they be used as decorative pieces.  

How many pens should I order?  Additional pens may be purchased. We recommend purchasing at least one additional pen. 

Are colored pens available? Yes, we also carry red, yellow, blue and green pens. 

Is there any way to correct or remove pen smudges or wording I do not want on my platter? The pens dry quickly, so smudges are unlikely. However, until you bake the platter, nail polish remover will enable you to remove anything that is unwanted.

How many signatures will fit on a plate? Please refer to out Platter Options page, which provides you with an estimate for how many signatures will fit. Remember that many people will sign as a couple and others will want to sign messages.

Can I return my platter or plate? Since all platters are customized for your event they are not returnable. All sales are final. Make sure you provide the correct information and order exactly what you want.

Will the colors I see on my computer match the piece I receive?
The colors shown on your particular computer display are affected by many factors, and may vary from the actual piece. We have done our best to accurately display our products on our website, but we cannot be held responsible for the color variations of your monitor.
